Swiss!Takuwan

Like I said, I love drawing her in uniform.
And the Swiss are awesome. =3= You can fit 13 Switzerlands into one Germany, and yet the Swiss held off invasion because their military kicked that much ass. :P

The outfit design is *stolen* from Hetalia, of course. **SHOTSHOTSHOT** I don't know if it's based on an actual uniform or not. O:

The rifle, however, is indeed a Swiss rifle from the World War eras.

The title says "One for all, all for one", the Swiss motto, in Latin.

It's one of =ItaLuv's OCs in Switzerland's (the Hetalia Switzerland :B) uniform.
So it isn't actually a character from Hetalia.
But there are other female characters aside from Hungary in the series. :P
