I love the Persian dance. >3<

Note: IT IS NOT BELLYDANCING!

I tried to capture some of the movement here with my Hetalia OC, Shahnaz (Persian Gulf). :)
Her outfit was fun to design; each layer of clothing is a different part of the ocean. Top shirt is the shallows, under-dress is the deeper waters, tights & shoes are the sand.

I like the music they play; the clapping and drums and violin make you want to dance, too.

The rug bg is an image I found somewhere. CAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER 5 HOURS TO DRAW A RUG, KK? **shot**

Haha! Persian music's good, so's Israeli music. ^^ When I went to my aunt's wedding, they were playing both kinds. XD Israeli music is fun to clap along to. Persian music is mysterious sounding, at least to me. I love both.
